How much is each membership?
Each membership will cost $50 a month with a one-time administrative fee of $45 due upon signing up. This is for virtual access, barcode scanning, as well as our technological virtual key integration into your account. we want to ensure the best possible experience for our sigmas. Discounts are available to military, students, first responders, and families/groups.
Where is it located?
Sigma Performance center is located in beautiful fort collins, Colorado. Our location IS 3201 E MULBERRY ST, UNIT K, FORT COLLINS, CO 80524.
IS it 24/7 access?
yes! our facility will be available 7 days of the week, 24 hours of the day. Day pass holders will have to go in during our normal staffed business hours
Monday-FRIDAY @ 7AM-5PM AND SATURDAY @ 8AM-4PM.
IS PERSONAL TRAINING AND CLASSES INCLUDED?
NO, those amenities are separate costs. however, we tried to provide the best experience and pricing for our classes, our testing technology TO TAKE YOUR ATHELTIC TRAINING TO THE NEXT LEVEL, our PERSONALIZED COACHING, and extra paid amenities! trust us, we want to make it worth your dollar.
CAN I cancel my membership?
Except for those under contract (6 MONTH OR 1 YEAR), absolutely you can cancel! we just require 14 days notice for the cancellation to go into effect so you don’t get charged for the next month.
HOW DO I SET UP 24/7 ACCESS?
SIMPLY CONTACT US TODAY OR FOLLOW OUR GUIDES HERE TO SET UP YOUR 24/7 ACCESS AND ACCOUNT UPON JOINING OUR FAMILY!
how long would it take to receive my order?
Delivery times can take between 3-4 weeks to arrive to your doorstep. This is due to our various quality control processes to ensure your order is meeting our exceptional standards. Each order is made-to-order and handcrafted individually for each of our sigma family members.
what is the return policy?
because each order is individual and made-to-order, we have a no return nor refund policy unless based on the discretion of sigma wear. This can include issues such as damage and receiving the wrong item. if a refund were to be issued, it would be issued into the form of store credit for the original amount of the order.
