Meet Mindful Movement Instructor: Jessica O’Keefe
Hello, Jessica here! I instruct mindful movement classes here at Sigma Performance. As someone who has always participated in group fitness myself, I truly believe in what it has to offer. There is something so special about moving together and sharing energy with one another. I have been instructing in group fitness for quite some time, and it is the most rewarding job ever. I have taught fitness modalities in yoga, pilates, HIIT, strength training, cycling and more. My goal as your instructor is to make you feel welcome, successful and confident every time you move your body. When I’m not in the gym, you can find me working as a full time photographer- I shoot everything from weddings to families to business branding. I spend the rest of my time with my husband Shane, my two boys, and my 3 big doggies. I love going on walks, visiting breweries, and playing at arcades. As your instructor, I hope to inspire you, encourage you, and be your biggest cheerleader through your health and wellness journey!

Yoga sculpt-

All levels yoga-
Join us for our All Levels Yoga class, where everyone is welcome! This inclusive session is designed to accommodate beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. You’ll flow through a variety of postures for 45 minutes that promote strength, flexibility, and relaxation, all while focusing on alignment and mindful breathing.
Our experienced instructor will guide you through each pose, offering modifications and variations to ensure you feel comfortable and challenged at your own level. Whether you’re looking to deepen your practice or simply unwind, this class provides a supportive environment for everyone. Core 30-
Get ready to fire up your core in our Core30 class! This fast-paced, 30-minute workout is all about building strength and stability in your midsection. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, our dynamic routines will challenge and engage you.
You'll move through a variety of exercises designed to target all areas of your core, including your abs, obliques, and lower back. Through this body weight workout, you'll enhance your balance, posture, and overall strength. Join us for this focused session that promises to leave you feeling strong, energized, and ready to take on the rest of your day!
Candlelight restorative yoga-
Unwind and rejuvenate in our Candlelight Yoga class, where serenity meets gentle movement. This calming session is designed to create a peaceful atmosphere, illuminated by soft candlelight to help you relax and connect with your inner self.
Guided by soothing music and mindful instruction, you'll flow through a series of restorative poses that promote relaxation and stress relief.
